Excellent knife
I bought it for my daughter as she's an avid bread baker. She loved it. Its sharp,easy to use and very reasonably priced. My son in law used it and liked it so much he bought one too!

Best value chef's knives in the market.
For about £16 this really is an absolute bargain. Up there with Victorinox for value/quality combo this serrated offset knife will serve many uses well, not just cutting bread. The handle is so comfortable to use compared with 'Japanese' wooden affairs costing many times more. Very pleased and happy to recommend the Mercer brand.

At last, a bread knife that works!
For years I've only had bread knives that squashed the bread or wouldn't cut properly. This one easily slices freshly baked warm bread. Happy to recommend.
