NOTE Please be noted the pleated fabric length(quantity) is measured on the flat condition（pulling the pleats open）, not pleated. 3 meters on the stretch is 3 meters, about 1.05 meter after the relaxation. These fabric is cut by hands, sometimes maybe 1-3 inches shoring , please understand.! We manage this shop with honest and hard working.
