I purchase this item for my hands. Although the directions on how much parafin to use was not clear, I started with 2 bricks and worked up to six which hit the minimum line. It worked great! No spillage, felt great and easy clean up. I would highly recomend this to anyone.

Thoroughly satisfied with product. Was afraid that it would be a big fuss to use it for my feet, but it wasn't. Equally fine for hands. Comes with nice little extras. Cost not excessive. Looks like it will last a long time if treated well. Wax is very pleasant, did not take long to melt. Pleasant smell.

My daughters and I love the home spa daysMakes our hands very soft. Give it a half an hour to melt the paraffin very nice to be able to adjust the temperature.

I really like it makes my hands look so much younger once I'm through and my hands feel so much better because I have numbness in a couple of my fingers and it really helps a lot

Love this machine! Put my arthritic hands down in this in the winter and felt so very good. Only complaint I have is there was NO scent to the wax as ordered. Pleased otherwise.

Signed up for warranty within a couple days of purchase. Never got a confirmation or response of any kind. First time using and heat level wouldn't go lower than 130 degrees. Button to move the level doesn't work well - you push button and it either doesn't go anywhere or goes higher when you're pushing the go lower side. Used once. Contacted company and have yet to receive a response. Not worth the price. Found one at Sally Beauty that works great, a little more expensive, but it's a quality product.

Deciding to throw away the paraffin that came with my original bath machine, I elected to order this because the ingredients were much more natural. I’m kind of a freak when it comes to what I’m going to soak my body in, and this is delightful and the smell is amazing. After resting my hands for an hour, it just peels off very easily, and I reuse it.

Bought for a friend. Advertised as 20 minute melt time and it takes over an hour.
