Loved this! I had significantly less bloating/cramping after taking these every morning.

I had no idea these probiotics make your bowel movements impossible to hold off. I went from solid logs I could wait to use the bathroom at breaks, to mushy poops that made me run to the bathroom or else. My feces is no longer solid. Its a big greasy pile, like an animal. I took 4 doses. That's 4 days in a row.Horrible product. Do not buy!
