I really love the stylish look and feel of the backpack. It has tons of room for work or play. But..... the zippers are garbage. About a week into getting it the main zipper came off the track and I wasn’t able to put it back on. Like I said I really like the back pack so I dealt with it because it has 2 zippers and was able to use it even though one of the zippers came off the track and I wasn’t able to line it up correctly so it would zip. Now the small pocket did the same thing and I didn’t realize it until I noticed trail of my stuff on the ground. So bummed.UPDATE: As mentioned above I really liked the backpack but was having problems with the zippers. Their amazing customer service reached out to me and resolved the issue in an incredibly fast and friendly manner. I received my replacement backpack within days of talking to them and I was happy to see that they restructured the zipper system with more durable zippers and trac. With the new design I don’t see the zippers catching like they did before. Well done, they’ve earned their 5 stars.

I bought this item in September of 2018. I really loved this item and I used it only on several occasions. It was very roomy and it had many pockets. However in October of 2021 I got it out of my closet to use it for a trip and one of the zippers was not functioning properly. It would have been great to use this on a road trip because the zipper would not matter however as I was flying it would not have been suitable to take on an airplane in case it broke.

We used this product for a trip to Europe. It performed BEAUTIFULLY!! I wasn't sure how it would stand up when I first took it out of the package, but it was great! Very durable, none of our items got wet during the rain we got caught in. It has LOTS of storage space! The only thing I would have liked better is if the zipper pulls had the anti-theft locking clips on them. It does have one anti-theft pocket built into the back that goes against your back, but it does not lock in anyway. We were in a highly dangerous area for pickpockets. I hooked the zipper pulls together with a carbine clip and that worked well. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend this product, especially for the price and durability!

FOUND IT! I needed a large sturdy bag to carry a 17" laptop, tablets and extra electronics. This is a high quality bag with design features that make it extremely functional. The fanny storage bag, the back padding, the chest straps, the beverage/umbrella pockets, the key loop are all great designs well executed. Only questionable feature is the main compartment lays flat when opened; some may find it useful for packing clothes but I don't need it. Not bad but unique.The one problem is that others have discovered this bag. I almost mistakenly took a friend's bag. Adding a distinctive luggage tag to prevent such mistakes. Problem solved!.

I bought this May 2019 for an upcoming 3 week trip to Europe. It easily held my 15" laptop with 3" to spare, maybe even more. For the plane ride I packed 1 pair shoes, shorts, 2 shirts, socks and a couple large bags of snacks. Still plenty of room for other stuff. It has so many pockets I'm still learning what to put where. Very sturdy and though I don't use it much now I would anticipate that if I used it on a daily basis it would easily last for years. I never had to test the water proofness but it appears that it would be very protective. VERY happy with the purchase.

I purchased the bag to carry 17.3" laptop, notebooks, and in a pinch, clothing for overnight. Bag hits all the high notes and more. It has two very capacious compartments, plenty of pockets and features not to be found with other brands in one bag. It has an an internal connector for charging cell phone and one for headphones. Also a padded lumbar support which has a hidden zipped storage (great for underwear), and two side pockets for bottles. Includes adjustable across-the-chest straps to stabilize the backpack once it's on your shoulders and wraparound straps to keep the backpack tight. It is well-designed, and production quality is very high. I'm looking forward to using it as my carry-on bag for a 10-day trip to Japan in spring instead of my usual spinner luggage. The bag is just about perfect.

I love this backpack but a few weeks into using it the zipper stopped working and the zipper teeth separate. Obviously a cheep zipper and it makes my new backpack unusable. And unfortunately it’s literally the day after I can return it to Amazon. Hoping the company will send me a new one that works - I will update this review if they do.Update: The company responded quickly to my review and sent me a new backpack with a zipper that is so far holding up nicely. I’m changing my one star review to four stars for the prompt and attentive customer service.

I purchased for a 15 inch, but it probably could fit larger computers. TONS of pockets for ease of organization. The headphone and charger connectors are an awesome feature that I'm thrilled to have. The material has a nice feel to it and collapses easily when not in use (Unlike the 'woven' type). Very comfortable to hang over the shoulder or on the back. Its still new, so I'm not sure about durability in 6-12 months yet, but the way its sew together - I don't think its durability will be in question. There is so much room, you may put in more that weight than you wanted to carry! But it seems it can handle everything I've thrown at it. I'm very happy with my purchase.
