Low quality product
The media could not be loaded. First of all the product I received was having scratches and looked used.We I started using it within few minutes the top portion and handled got heated up.The performance is also ok only.A LOW QUALITY CHINESE PRODUCT.Don’t fall for the video influencers reviews.Waiting for replacement. I have lost faith in this product.

The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing Garment steamer…It can be used on delicate clothes like silk, organza , velvet and most importantly embroidery part … very easy to use and time efficient process.. I use it for steaming my curtains also.. very impressive
