The tilt function on my brand new Kaiser 3 Chair does not work, even though I have loosened the Tilt Tension Knob. I have notified the AndaSeat support staff, but they haven't responded with a solution/fix in the last 6 days. So my new Chair is currently uncomfortable.

After 5 months the seat is as hard as a rock. can't adjust the height and I am 5' 9'' puts pressure on your thighs to the point of putting your legs to sleep. I need to sit way forward and stand often. There has to be other chairs more comfortable than this

So, after reading reviews for what felt like forever, I finally decided to go with this chair over the noble and secret labs offerings. I hear all to often that the seats are too hard on them. And whilst you need support, it doesn't have to be to the extent of the benches you used to sit in P.E. at school.I got the normal size, not the XL. I'm 5.9 and weigh 12 stone, this chair fits perfectly. My only gripe would be the lumbar feels a little high up, even at the lowest setting. So I have it as flat as it will go and it feels perfect.The seat cushion is really nice, firm enough to support but soft enough that you don't lose all feeling to those important areas.The leather is nice, and the red is lovely. Although I have bought a cover so it's not as horrid on the hot days.All the movements are smooth and solid. Excellent adjustments and very sturdy. It takes a second to trust that any chair is going let you tip back and not fall, but I promise this thing isn't going anywhere. Even fully reclined, and leaning as far back as I can, it feels sturdy enough to fall asleep in which is annoyngly easy to do.If you are any taller than me, then do get the XL. The seat will be the same, but the backrest will be taller. This is really important if you don't want your shoulders to rest on the racing style cutouts. A silly feature, personally. But doesn't affect me at all. I have hear of taller people having that issue on the normal sized chair though

This is a premium chair.Every part of this product feels like quality. The packaging it comes in, the build instructions, and the accessories are all fantastic. And I'm presently surprised by the amount of metal used in the components. The overall feel is of a well-engineered bit of kit. So far, it's been very comfortable.I'd genuinely be happy to have paid double. It's that good. When it is eventually time to replace I'll be looking for the same brand. They've earned a loyal customer.

Initially being sceptical of my purchase I bit the bullet and bought this chair. It arrived well packaged and it was pretty simple to put together. I can safely say my scepticism has all but gone. The chair is super sturdy and is highly adjustable. The arm rests can be moved front ways, back ways, side ways etc much like willy wonkas glass elevator and the back rest goes almost horizontal if you fancy a lie down. I havent really used the pillow as it's a bit chunky for my tastes but the magnets are nice and strong on it and you won't find it's slipped down between your butt cheeks half way through an intense gaming session. The chair foam is quite firm which may not be to everyones tastes and there are no vents in the seat to ventilate your sweaty behind in the heat of summer but a cooling mat or something similar could probably help, that or going commando, buyers choice. Overall I'd be happy to reccomend this chair.
