This seat and back support works perfectly for me. I have a sit on top Pelican kayak. The back rest that came with the kayak is too low for me.I bought this and it is a game changer. Now I can paddle for hours, comfortably. However, There are No instructions. This comes with around 6 straps with gold clips. I cut them all off except 2. I simply propped this seat on top of the existing seat and put the storage pouch over and behind the existing back rest, then tied down the seat so it stays in place. Perfect. Works better than I expected. My kayak doesn’t have any tie down clips to attach this seat to but I made it work and recommend it. Price is well worth it‼️😎 I’m happy kayaker.

This seat has been a game changer for kayaking. The original seat on my kayak was way to low and offered no support… but this swag I can kayak for hours in and have no problems at all! This was a little confusing to install, but within 10 minutes it was completed. I opt out of using the bag on the back of the seat due to it being cheaply made, and the zipper doesn’t work too well. Overall, a great seat and all of my kayaking friends have bought one since seeing mine!

My aching back and hips are gone with this little gem! The back support while using my board is amazing! Once I adjusted the straps to a comfortable position I can board all day long! Once secure, the seat doesnt slide around or move at all when rowing. The quality is great and I love versatility of being able to change from board to kayak if I want to. It folds up and fits nicely in my board bag too. It is a perfect fit for my board. Highly recommend!

Works alright. There’s no traction on the seat bottom, so it constantly slips out. You have to continually push back against the bottom in order to stay sitting upright. I think I’ll be able to tie it to the back of my kayak to make it work, but this product would be much better if they made the bottom tacky so that it would stick to the kayak seat.

This is a great, inexpensive replacement for the standard kayak seat. You get additional back support and it is all much more comfortable. An added bonus is the pouch on the back, which enables you to carry things you otherwise would not be able to. Install is relatively simple. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Kayak I bought didn’t have enough back support for me so I added this seat. Fit perfect, so much better than the small seat that can with my kayak. Support and quality were well worth the money.
