Absolutely Worth Every Penny!
This thing is a beast. The suction is crazy strong, and it picks up way more than my last robot vacuum. The mopping feature with hot water actually makes the floors feel clean — not just wet. What I love most is how little I have to think about it. It empties itself, washes and dries the mop pads, and just does its job quietly and efficiently. The app is simple to use, and the mapping is spot on. If you’re on the fence, just get it. Totally worth it.

Great help around the house.
That robot is awesom, it vacuums and mops like a champ. The suction's super strong, and the hot water mop really works. It's great with pet hair because of that ZeroTangle brush, and it gets right to the edges. That all-in-one station is a lifesaver.. no more messy cleanups. Navigation's usually spot-on, but it can be a bit wonky sometimes, and the app isn't flawless. All in all, it's a seriously great robot cleaner that makes life way easier, if you can put up with its little quirks.

My Pick for Secretary of Dept of Floor Management
“Sallie Jo” started her position about a month ago. The interview process was several months of reviewing resumes of hundreds of robovacs. Day one, it took about 10 minutes to get her office set up and sign in to the communications center. I let her take a break and recharge for about three hours. I used that time to get acquainted with the app. It was relatively easy to understand and set up.The app will let you determine sequence of cleaning, such as vac only, vac/mop at once, or vac then mop, let you decide which rooms will get what when, and virtually tell Sallie Jo which areas to just stay away from-like the hearth- I don’t want her to roll up onto the brick because of the small stones, etc.Once she was fully charged, I asked her to make a map of the house. Within about 15 minutes she mapped out our entire downstairs (approx 1800 SqFt). It was amazing to see such detail! Unbelievable! It took me about 3 mins to name the rooms on the map. Before her first clean, I made sure all the dog toys, cords, small items and rugs were picked up because I wanted to do a full deep clean. I set her up to vacuum everywhere well with two passes and then to mop everywhere. You can select how strong the suction needs to be from room to room, how detailed you’d like her to be, etc. I asked her to be as detailed as possible. The process took her several hours to complete. She did an incredible job! The floors were clean, the area rugs were clean. The “dirty water” collection container water was dirty! 🤮. It used about 1/3 of the clean water. I used only water. She cleaned and dried the mop pads as requested. I knew ai had hired the right one for the job!Her weekly routine is to do a weekly deep clean (sweep and mop everywhere ), a daily high traffic sweep and a weekly mop in high traffic areas. She is always right on time and the daily week takes maybe 20 mins. That deep clean takes several hours because she goes back and forth to dump dust and then discard and refill water while mopping. Our house is 100 yrs old and the floors get pretty dusty. Top that off with two shedding dogs and it was a daily sweep down for me. We have a combination of hard wood, area rugs and tile. She recognizes the different surfaces and adjusts accordingly. One of the things I cringe about the most is being able to see the dust and such that is under furniture that I couldn’t get to with the broom-but was too lazy to get unless company was coming. I did notice she was not as efficient when she sweeps and mops at once, so I asked her to sweep and then come back to mop. This helped so much with the up and down of the mop pads, and the back and forth to and from her desk. The final result was the same. Just a preference thing. I have not added any cleaning product to the clean water basin, and really haven’t felt the need. I may at some point just because 🤷🏻♀️.Now, after about a month in, and Sallie Jo has gotten into such a good routine, I have a good feel of her work ethic. She follows instructions perfectly! She is never late and completes tasks. Occasionally she has gotten a little confused about where to go and decided the walk in shower needed love as well-but then stayed in there. It seems that she was just not able to get up enough speed from inside the shower to get herself over the little hump to come out. Maybe she was just thinking she’d like a shower and fell asleep waiting..the world will never know. But after telling her not to go back into the shower, she hasn’t again. Such restraint she has!!Despite the good bit of dust and dog hair that usually graces us on a daily basis, our floors are clean! So far, I haven’t needed to change the dust bag (but I do have to peep sometimes when I want to see just what all she got up). The small collection area with the filter has also stayed pretty darn free of stuff. One rock which is how I learned to keep her away from the brick fireplace hearth. Even with dog hair, my hair, and general whatever it is that just ends up on our floors, I’ve not had to clean the roller one time! The areas under the furniture that you see from several feet away when the light hits it just right? You know, that looks like it would spin into a dirt devil if the wind hit is just right? Sallie Jo took care of it. My sofa was an issue because it is 5” off the floor. Sallie couldn’t get under there because of the Navi that sits on top. I bought new feet and raised it up one inch (small price to pay for a clean floor) and now, she easily cleans under there as well! I do empty the dirty water after mopping just for the smell factor and spray some something in there to help keep it clean. I refill the clean water doo dad every week before deep mop day just to be sure she has what she needs. All in all, I can say Sallie Jo is well worth her wage. She asked for a bit more than I intended to pay, however it has worked out to be so worth it! I don’t do a lot of floor anything now! I just call Sallie Jo and get her on it. I can’t recommend her enough! You can’t have my Sallie Jo, but I encourage you to get your own!

Honest Review, Vacuum Great, Mopping Poor
Changed to 1 Star: Comes with 1-bag and you can't order new ones. Have ordered 4 separate dust bags on Amazon, including the only one with the right picture, and the bags are all wrong size/dimension. These bags aren't even on ecovacs website. Good luck when the maker doesn't support the necessary accessories...I read some of these reviews and you can't help but think it is marketing regurgitation from AI bots or maybe RoboVac owners new to the game. Here's an honest review from somebody who has owned almost every RoboVac out there. Our Home => Golden Retriever, Brand New LVP.Verdict: Don't buy this for the mopping but great as a vacuum & vacuum combo...Pros:1.App [Easy: A] - Easy to map the house, divide the rooms, draw zones etc. Would be nice to link to videos describing the feature toggles2. Vacuuming Suction [Great: A] - Other than wifting (see below) and high-battery consumption on max setting, it is better than any robovac I've owned. Zero-Tangle tech works pretty well / not perfect. Wish it had less collisions.3. Combo Vacuum [Great B+] - Wish Amazon had the Sku with the Power Brush also included but needs to be purchased separately. Not nearly the power of a Dyson stick vacuum but very convenient & works great for simple messes. I don't plan on using the combo vacuum as a whole house vacuum like you would a Dyson so / perfect for my needs3. Setup [A] - Out of box to vacuuming in a few minutes4. Shipping[A] - Fast + Nice Packaging.Cons:Mopping wrecks the experience incl. quality, battery life. We see ourselves going vacuum only, swifter mop.0. Vacuum + Hair [OK: C+] Only had for less than a week. I'm having to manually service hair that gets caught up in the front swivel wheel, side wheels, and in the roller brush (although better than most). See also#3 why hair gets in mop.1. Mopping Quality [Poor: D]: So new home, new LVP floors. I can take a Swifter Mop to any high traffic area the T30S has finished and it comes out dirty for even just a single, simple, 1 foot wipe. Vacuum is definitely better than mopping quality. See also Wetness Con which absolutely contributes to poor mopping quality.2. Mopping [Wetness Fades to Dry Mopping: D]: We excitedly follow it around but noticed in the mopping phase, it starts out with "some" wetness eventually becoming bone-dry for a long period of "mopping." This is despite the wetness setting set to MAX. I believe this is why such poor mopping results.3. Mopping [Carpet Drag: D]: We have a nice semi-plush rug in Living room. The mopping pad lift isn't high enough so the pads drag even after lift. We tried drawing an exclusion zone in the app for (no mopping) but the problem is the wet pads can still drag in the 1-pass mode. So we now trying the 2-pass mode (vac then mop). 2-pass obviously x2 the battery requirements. Vacuum is now going through multiple recharges throughout the day to finish the home BUT by the time we get to the mop portion it is many, many hours AFTER the vacuuming and the mops getting a bunch of pet hair/rotating on a tiny rock etc. that would not be present in the 1-pass mode (with the aforementioned undesirable dragging wet mop on carpet). Could be better if lift was higher allowing 1-pass cleaning...4. Collisions [C]: Even with the Setting "True Detect 3D Sensitivity" set to "High Sensitivity =>Avoid obstacles more sensitivity", the front plate of my vacuum looks like it got into a bumper car fight with my furniture and i've only had it for a week. (See Pic). New home / don't want this thing scratching up my house. if it keeps up, just going to make my own zones avoiding edges and furniture.5. Battery [Needs Fast Charge: C]: OK - got this for the 11k Pa suction. High Suction EATS the battery fast that then takes 5 hours to recharge. So with the combination of #3 (2-pass vac then mop setting) and #4 (high suction), it takes many passes and multiple charges to do the home in 24 hours with the aforementioned problem of by the time we get to mop, the vacuum stage of the room was many hours previous = pet hair etc. now stuck in mop. Would be nice if faster charge 4sure. Rated 3 because we can't really use the 11Pa mode in our larger home6. Wifting (i.e. pushing away debris it needs to vacuum in its path prior to vacuuming): As the vacuum approaches, we notice the some pet hair etc. can be "wifted" out of the path of the vacuum prior to vacuum suction. Vacuum DOES get majority, but when it leaves pet hair for the mopping stage (which doesn't wift) = mops end up pretty "hair gross" pretty fast.7. Feel [Construction: <time will tell>] - main vacuum unit is kinda squeaky & front is marred after only a week. It doesn't seem it will last the test of time. One of those, buy a new one in a year purchases methinks8. Initial Box Contents [Need more]: Mentioned a few times, but you don't get any cleaning fluid in the box and only 1-vacuum bag. You'll have to order as a side by side.
