Too Expensive
I have taken fish oils for quite some time. I usually buy them from Costco, as they offer a great quality product, you know the source of the oil and it has all purity values of the oil on the label. This product is supposed to be an Extreme Fish Oil, yet when you read the label is actually weaker than some other brands. It is the cost/value ratio which is important. Given the price and given there are only 90 tablets in the bottle, it is hard to recommend this product at the price. It is simply far too much. Costco does a similar product with the same EPA's etc, with 400 tablets at £15.00. This is a good tablet, but the price is just not good compared with the competition.

Contains cow gelatin, and overpriced
(I've no way of knowing whether these capsules contain the amount of Omega 3 they claim to, so I'm going to accept they do.)At just over 2cm long, these are standard sized Omega 3 capsules. They're easier to swallow with a warm (not hot!) drink as it makes the capsules more malleable. The capsules contain cow gelatine, as well as fish, so these aren't for pescatarians.They don't give you fishy breath, and they have no fish taste.The dosage guidance is unhelpful. It only says take up to three capsules a day.The brag of Super Strength capsules is a bit disingenuous. The capsules contain 1,000mg of Omega 3, which is pretty much the standard amount of any Omega 3 supplement.The big issue is these are hideously expensive compared to other 1,000mg capsules. Just looking here on Amazon, you can get a year's supply of Omega 3 capsules cheaper than this bottle of 90.

A decent quality Omega 3 supplement – contains fish-oil and bovine gelatine
Cheeky Nutrition's Omega 3 Supplement is a high quality UK-made dietary supplement that offers the well-known benefits of Omega 3 in a convenient capsule form. Each capsule contains 1000mg of fish-oil based Omega 3 (330mg EPA and 220mg DHA) in a bovine gelatine softgel casing so are definitely not suitable for vegetarians or vegans! The Omega 3 is manufactured in the UK in a certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility so should be of a high quality. This bottle contains 90 capsules so should last a single user about three months at one-a-day - but you are allowed to take up to three daily if required so that then reduces the time period. It has been claimed elsewhere that Omega-3 fatty acids may help to reduce inflammation, protect against prostate cancer, Alzheimer's disease and dementia amongst other things, and may reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and Crohn's disease, and may benefit those with asthma, arthritis and ADHD. We always took cod-liver oil as kids and it was thought to be highly beneficial even then – Omega 3 seems to be the modern equivalent but sounds much more scientific! This Cheeky Nutrition version is a reasonable value product currently around fourteen pounds from Amazon for three months supply – but many other brands are cheaper. My wife is a regular user of Omega 3 products and has had no problems with this Cheeky Nutrition version and finds the capsules easy to swallow without an unpleasant fishy aftertaste – as a vegetarian they are obviously unsuitable for me however.

High strength EPA/DHA, very good value for money
I’ve used many different brands of fish oil supplements and quality can vary quite considerably between different makes. Often the cheaper omega capsules have such low quantities of the important EPA and DHA that the health benefits are negated slightly. So it’s great that these Cheeky Nutrition Super Strength omega capsules have 1000mg of fish oil, of which 330mg is EPA and 220mg is DHA, so this is definitely a high strength omega product, giving the full health benefits of omega 3.There are 90 capsules supplied and they are very easy to swallow, the dosage being 3 a day so there is a 1 month supply here. At the time of writing these cost £13.97, which for such a high amount of EPA/DHA is excellent value for money.

Good product but I dont see what makes it distinctive
This is a good product, the screw top is secure, bottle relatively transparent (other than the label) so you can see when you are about to run out, it protects the contents from damage or contamination and is small enough to carry in a small bag or large coat pocket. Each capsule themselves are firm but of a gel shell type, do not smell strongly, break or squash easily causing contamination of the remaining capsules or mess and while being larger are not difficult to swallow. There are clear directions on the label recommending to take three a day, not to exceed this dosage and to seek medical attention should any adverse reactions occur, storage recommendations include keeping it out of direct sunlight or exposure to heat.The ingredients include Omega 3 Fish Oil, Shell Composition includes Bovine, Gelatine, Clycerine, Aqua, mixed Tocopherols (soya). I am not sure whether this makes the produce vegetarian or vegan diet approved, as I am neither, but hopefully this information will be of use to anyone shopping and in possession of the right information.I take Omega 3 supplements regularly, having read about the benefits to health (and only being able to eat so much oily fish besides). I have tried a number of stores own brands, holland and barratts and others. I have also tried the hard tablet variety in addition to the gel capsule variety. I prefer the gel capsule variety and this is a good example of that product. On the other hand its very much like any other brand that I have tried and I see little to distinguish it from others besides perhaps the price.
