UPDATE: Contacted the company about the issue with the one bad car, so they sent me FOUR! Not the same one, but hey, 4 NEW cars can't complain about that. Really impressed they came through. Buyer be happy! (Don't get discouraged if you don't hear back right away as i texted via WhatsApp, they will get back to you eventually and within a reasonable time frame after first contact.)OLD: Buyer beware! Broken piece off in advance. The tracking itself and 3 of the cars work beautifully. We just got this morning BUT the score is this low because one of the cars came broken out of the bag. Missing the stick under it. Wasn't even a part missing in the bag so it came pre-broken from where they made it.Disappointed to not have a order come intact. I've reached out to the company via the WhatsApp customer service number, so if this gets resolved, I'll update my review. I'd hate to have to disassemble the whole thing just to get a replacement, a lot of unnecessary extra steps. Set up easily easy though, hence the extra star.

Track worked great for 10 minutes and then one of the controllers stopped working.Seller gave full refund without being asked...great customer service!

Christmas gift

The screw holes in the pickup car shells received do not align with the car bodies, so we can only use the cars. No instructions on how to change shells either, so no sure if we are missing an adapter or a step. The wall wall plug cable is very short, the track has to be set very close to the wall. Seems like a child hazard if the plug gets loose from tension in the wire.

My kids love this product. Very easy to assemble. The tracks and the cars are matching well and can occupy them for a long time. They are very into the product.

A great set! The battery powered option is convenient for outdoor use. When I first got the set one of the two cars did not work, I contacted support and got quick and satisfying help. They quickly shipped me new cars in time for my son’s birthday party.
