Q: What is the inside print?

Depends on which one you choose. Mine is Large Raindrops, and inside is same as the outside.

Q: Will this fold to fit back in its case after opening (most umbrellas I had in the past can't be folded flat enough to put back in the case)?

Yes very easy to do. Comes with a cover that goes around it and then you insert it back in its case! No problems.

Q: how long is this when closed?

I measure the length at about 12.5" when closed.
