Easy To Swallow, Provides Good Doses
I have been taking multi vitamins for a few years now and, of course, wonder if they really do help me or not. I have a pretty varied, vegetarian, diet and may not need to do so but figure it can't hurt. All of which means that I can really only judge these vitamins on their ingredients and how easy they are to take.Ingredients wise they appear to provide all the usual suspects, with some vitamins and minerals being higher than my usual brand, others lower, but all a decent enough dose. The tablets themselves are about the same size as my brand, maybe a little smaller, and are easy to swallow with water.I quite like that they are in a jar, rather than a blister pack; purely due to appearance.90 in a jar provides a 3 month supply. At current prices on Amazon this makes them a little more expensive than the leading brand.

Rather expensive comprehensive vitamin / mineral combo
I have been taking these tablets for a couple of months and cannot honestly say that they have had a beneficial impact on my health. I still caught the seasonal cold that went around and have had several weeks of feeling poorly and using up several boxes of hankies. If you have a balanced diet and don't do too much to excess, then taking vitamins is really unnecessary. It's more of a 'belt and braces' type of thing, you're making sure every vitamin and mineral level is 100% per day. These tablets have a good combination of 24 minerals and vitamins, and they don't overload the amounts, so you're not just weeing the excess out. Vitamin C is surprisingly very low, but you can get that from many sources. The tablets are quite small and easy to take with some water. The clear tub had a shrink wrapped screw top lid as well as a tamper seal under the lid and I like the amount of security here. The brand design & typography is pretty good and stylish, the only thing is I don't care for the brand name of "Cheeky." That doesn't seem to fit with the health aspects that vitamins and minerals provide. You get 90 daily tablets in the bottle, so that's three months supply for your dosh, which would be good but you can get similar spec bottles of vitamins/minerals for (much) less money. If you want a fancy bottle on display, then this combo could be for you. Otherwise, save your cash.

Higher FDA% of most vitamins and minerals and includes phosphorous and lutein, but not cheap
A comparison between my normal Boots multivitamins and these are as follows: Cheeky Nutrition BootsVitamin A 100% 50%Vitamin D 100% 100%Vitamin E 125% 100%Vitamin K 40% 100%Vitamin C 125% 100%Vitamin B1 127% 100%Vitamin B2 125% 100%Vitamin B3 125% 100%Vitamin B6 143% 100%Folic Acid 100% 100%Vitamin B12 100% 100%Vitamin B7 125% 100%Vitamin B5 125% 100%Calcium 20% 25%Phosphorous 18% 0%Magnesium 27% 16%Iron 36% 16%Zinc 50% 100%Copper 50% 50%Manganese 100% 25%Selenium 55% 100%Chromium 100% 100%Molybdenum 100% 100%Iodine 67% 100%Lutein n/a (0.5mg) 0mgSo you can see the difference in proportions - the Cheeky Nutrition ones having more of most. The tablets are about the same size more or less and similarly easy/hard to swallow.The main other difference is price. Boots give you 180 tablets for £8.99 (or less if on a 3 for 2 offer) and these are currently £17.97 for half as many - just 90 tablets - so twice the price for half the number.If you are looking for general multivitamins, the cheaper ones have served me well - but if you are after a higher dose or some of the more unusual supplements, then these are great - just a bit pricier.

Good vitamin content, decent mineral content, absolutely appalling taste
I hate giving negative reviews, but needs must. These tablets have a decent vitamin content, and a reasonably decent mineral content, containing folic acid, iodine, magnesium and other useful stuff. They are smaller than my usual Suisse multivitamin and multimineral, which is useful, as it makes them easier to swallow. What Knox this down from what would’ve been for stars to 2 stars is the taste. They taste absolutely fabulous. I don’t expect these tablets to taste particularly pleasant, but these really are awful. There is an unpleasant yeasty smell from the tablets in the bottle, and this is also what Knox lease down from what would’ve been four stars to 2 stars is the taste. They taste absolutely foul. I don’t expect these tablets to taste particularly pleasant, but these really are awful. There is an unpleasant yeasty smell from the tablets in the bottle, and this is also the initial taste when you place the tablet in your mouth.I’ve taken a few of these so far, and matters haven’t improved, so the rest will probably go in the bin. I hate wasting things, but the flavour really is appalling.

Well thought out
With supplements, it is always worth looking at the amount of each vitamin and mineral given, in comparison to the national daily recommended amount. This particular multi vitamin has sensible levels, with the only ones going over 100% are the vitamin B complexes, which, arguably, may be beneficial. Some, such as calcium, are less, at 20%. If you are taking another other supplements, you need to consider those amounts to prevent over doing it. Again, if you eat carrot soup daily, then the vitamin A levels of 100% may be too high. But otherwise, this is very well thought out in terms of amounts, designed for those who would be nutritionally compromised. I am a fan of taking vitamin D and E, particularly in winter, to help maintain mood, as I have found otherwise I can become low.The recommendation is to take one tablet a day to achieve the amounts. This gives a 90 day supply, or just under 3 months.
