FALSE ADVERTISING
The order was supposed to come before Christmas in order it mid November and it was delayed twice, I just received it February first and it did not come with the matching ears as advertised. Very disappointing.Bag itself is cute and quality but the experience of ordering this is infuriating. There is even a built in part in the front for the ears. I was really looking forward to the set.

I love this page. Anyone with a negative review is made at the service but this is a review section directly for the product. You can leave an Amazon service review elsewhere. Also, be mindful this is limited amounts so not everyone will get one. Anywho, I love Belle. I love the reflection and yes I use my bags and not just display them. I didn't like the ears so I purchased the disney ears from Belle. So happy with this!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I don't write reviews, BUT i had to this time around. The bag does NOT come with the ears. Talk about dalse advertising as that's part of the reason why I bought the bag. Don't waste your time. It looks good in the picture, but you'll be disappointed when the ears are missing and you'll just feel mad about it. Such a shame.

Beautiful Bag with ear attachment! NO where does it state the "ear set" is included like some reviewers are saying. EAR ATTACHMENT. The two small loops on the front pocket are the "EAR ATTACHMENT" just like the listing says. Well made bag with a beautiful design.

So happy with my purchase, I’m from the UK and so happy I was able to get this bag. Condition is amazing and the bag overall is so appealing. Definitely one of my favourites I’ve purchased 😄

False Advertisement!!!
The bag itself is beautiful, but I mainly got it for the ears and it did not come with it! Highly disappointed!

The set is impossible to complete.
Pre ordered this months ago as a Christmas gift. Additionally I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the ears. The bag came today and there is no way to complete the set. It came damaged. I’m sure getting a replacement is going to be a wonderful experience as it’s already unavailable. Terrible marketing idea. Fine to sell the ears without the bag, but the bag without the ears is silly. Now I have to give an incomplete set with no remedy and that’s if I can even get the bag replaced. This wouldn’t matter at all if the front pouch wasn’t replaced with an ear holder and so obviously needed them. Would give zero stars if I could. Too bad too because I would’ve purchased all 4 bags in the series.
