Works well
This works well for a glass door, attached to the outside. Once it’s on, it has great suction. It has become loose on just a few occasions, and it’s probably my mistake for how I had put it on the door. It’s not too bad to get off the door when you want to remove it, but sometimes you will flip both sides and it still stays super stuck on. Takes a little extra to break the suction

Works even on slightly textured floor!
I wasn't sure of this would work on my waterproof laminate flooring because it has some light woodgrain texture in it. It worked perfectly and allowed me to get the boards moved back into place that had shifted slightly.

Works great - but PAY ATTENTION to SIZE!
OK, I'll own up to goofing on this one. We had huge (1/2") gap develop in laminate in the bathroom floor. When I searched on "laminate floor gap" and saw this device I was encouraged that such gaps are not uncommon and can be easily fixed. I ordered this particular model because I already have a rubber mallet and didn't want another one. Disappointed when it arrived and I realized that the cups were wider (about 4 3/4") than the laminate (about 4"). This was my fault for not paying attention. The suction would not hold because of the small seams between laminate boards. I know the suction works because it grips TIGHTLY to my kitchen counter. Sigh. Happy ending, however - I put the tool on the gapped board, engaged the suction and leaned on it as hard as I could with one hand while repeatedly tapping with the rubber mallet. It worked! Gap is closed!I gave it a 4 overall because I wish it came in smaller sizes. Maybe that's unreasonable on my part, but a 5 means perfect to me - so few things get a 5 in my book.

Easy Fix for Vinyl Floor Tile Gaps
At some point in the last few years, we noticed a gap between LVT tiles in two locations on our kitchen floor. I started thinking about how the installer might fix this if we called them back. One thing I considered was - did they have some specialized device to grasp the tile while they tap it back into position? Enter the FCHO tool! In their description they even mention using it for this purpose.I was able to easily close those gaps by affixing it to the tile and tapping with a rubber mallet. I don't know if I will ever use it for carrying some type of heavy panel, but no matter. It is a solidly-constructed device that I am happy to have in my tool collection. My tiles are just under 12 inches wide, so I oriented the holder in line with the long dimension of the tile. Also our tiles had a little bit of texture, but both suction cups held tightly. It worked very well for this purpose.

100% Not for curved surface
I bought these even after reading a review about them not working on curved surfaces and they absolutely will not. Because the handle is rigid one cup will pull down and the other will be above the surface. My intention was to cut them apart and I did. The single cup works great on a curved windshield or curved surface. These have a silicone cup so they are soft and will work in cold weather. I would have given these 5 stars if they had mentioned the Flat Surface Only on the first description page. They hold great.FCHO Direct responded to my post and was very accommodating. Thanks!

Strong and stays in place (updated)
Original review November 2020:I use this powerful suction cup product in a bit of an unconventional way. One of the windows in my car fell down into the door and the automatic window feature no longer works. So basically my window doesn’t stay up on its own. That’s where this handy little suction cup product comes in.I placed it at the bottom of the window after rolling it up and the suction cups hold the window up as it rests on the inside of the door frame. So the window no longer slides down into the door. I’ve had it up for three weeks so far and the suction cups have not slipped even while driving around on bumpy roads.Update January 2022:I can't believe how strong this suction cup thing is. It's still holding my car window up over a year later. There are so many uses for this, I highly recommend it. Excellent quality and durable.
