I love how this is helping me be able to do more activities. I take this in the morning along with my thyroid medicines. I'm feeling like I'm catching up to my young self. You're supposed to go up every 7 days. This is really strong stuff and I've been B-1 (thiamine) deficient for so long going up each time I up one more capsule it makes me super tired for little over 8 days. I mean a super tired!! But for me it was and is worth the struggle to regain my younger days energy levels. My levels are coming up very well but that's the Only set back for me. I'm up to 450 capsules and I'm feeling so good! The sleepiness or tiredness when increasing dosages is due to the fact that it's a telltale sign of chronically low thiamine levels through out my life. I'd say since I was born! I have and had major malabsorption problems since I was an infant. If you're already feeling tired before ever starting on this that's a good sign you need this product. Try it and stick to it you'll reap great results!!

Lower dose than others sold here so the lower price doesn't make that much of a difference but it does the job

Great stuff, works, all systems showing noticeable inprovement within 2 weeks, and steadily continuing. No negatives whatsoever. Definitely supports mental focus and brain energy. Benfotiamine was great for physical energy, but gave me ridiculous hives. This isnt as rapid on physical/muscle level but it does work..just taking a bit longer (first real urge to run yesterday, 2 months in, able to do so without losing breathe, but that is a huge improvement for me) however the mind effects were rapid.I would highly recommend this for anyone in need of thiamine.

I have been taking this for 9 months now. I saw an improvement in energy and mental clarity, but because I was taking it with other supplements, I didn't realize how much it was doing. That is until I ran out and figured I would wait to buy more. That was a mistake! It makes all the difference in how much energy I have and improves my mood and ability to think and focus! Its effective and very cost efficient. Super easy to swallow since it's not very big. I am going to continue purchasing this as long as I need it!

I'd taken it before and possibly noted some improvements in neurologic symptoms, but on so many other things hard to tell. Recently, I restarted it and in recent days been taking 400 mg a day, starting to increase. I've had POTS and other autonomic issues over time that wax and wane. Many symptoms are just so vague it's hard to tell. However, I suddenly noticed other day that my ankles are not swelling. It wasn't horrible but at end of day when I took off my sport socks, there would be a clear imprint of the sock ribbing. Other day I noticed this is all but gone. I also have issues with muscle tension. Last night I swear I could open my jaws wider more easily and today that clenching my toes lying in bed did not result in them feeling locked up. I can't believe it. Doctors never know this stuff. WHY?

Have not tried so I can’t say this is a bad product. However, product is advertised as Allithiamine and it is not. It is actually TTFD which is a synthetic form.

So about 30 minutes after taking this on two separate days I smell a rubber/latex smell in my nose while breathing out. Reminds me of the sensation/smell you get when blowing up a balloon.

Now I started taking these every day, but I was taking it every 2-4 days and it increased my digestion speed by 2.I think taking it every day will speed up my digestion enough to finally be normal.There is definitely other effects, but digestion alone has so many consequences that it'd be difficult for me to tell where exactly all the improvements come from, but there are vast improvements.I have taken like 200 other supplements but this is definitely better than around 98% of them
