The Perfect Wallet
This is the only style and brand wallet I've used for two decades. They are well made, look good, hold credit cards snug but not over-tight and are 80% leather, except for the lining. The bi-fold fits flatter in my back pocket than a tri-fold. They last as long as I keep them, which is usually 3 years. They never really wear out, they just start looking a little shabby. At $40, it's a great value. I tried two different wallets this year " just for fun" but returned them both and bought another Buxton "hipster". It can't be beat. I bought an insert that holds extra credit cards or pictures which fits the wallet perfectly. $5.99.Brand MarshalColor TransparentMaterial VinylStyle MinimalistPattern SolidAbout this itemVinyl liningDimension: 4 3/4 x 3 3/4"Material: vinylInsert has 6 pages and hold 24 credit cards or picturesIt’s a high quality product, which is very rare to find. Perfect wallet if you have to carry lots of cards
This is the second one of these that I have bought. It has lots of slots and a visible slot for your driving license. I also buy one of those clear plastic window pocket inserts because I have lots of cards I have to carry. I get the 2 high by 6 sleeve kind. The wallet is fairly big but fits easily in a jeans pocket. It wears well, the last one lasted 8 or 10 years but it was definitely worn out.

Quality wallet
This is at least my third of these wallets. They are made well, fit my needs and last exceptionally well.

Slim and well made
Slim with the right number of card slots for people who like to carry only the very necessary ones.

Just what I wanted
I was having trouble finding a wallet with these dimensions, nearly square. I, unfortunately, bought another a couple months ago that I just hate. It has the more traditional shape, longer and narrower. This makes it too fat when I put all my cards in. The Buxton here is just right. It's bigger - length by width, but this makes the thickness measurement thinner. Additionally, almost all wallets these days are RFID protected. I don't like that because I like to leave my transit pass in my wallet and just pass the wallet over the reader at the gates of my mass transit provider, in my case BART. With the previous wallet it would not read through the RFID barrier and I'd have to search for it in my wallet and risk forgetting to put it back. I don't why but the Amazon site photos of the Buxton did not show what it looked like unfolded. I took a chance and am pleased to report it has adequate slots for credit cards and a clear window for driver's license. It also has dual opening for bills. I like this so I can put all of my atm 20's on one side and the rest of the assorted bills on the other side.

Resembles a Geoffrey Beene wallet
As far as everything being made in China and throwing a different label or tag on something, this seems to apply. I have used a Folio similar to this for over 10 years, they were made by Geoffrey Beene at the time, but it appears they are no longer doing so. This one is not full leather and also has cloth in place of some of the leather making it lighter and thinner than my previous folios. The card slots were very tight but the ID slots were perfect. I would recommend this wallet on the quality and the price alone, but if you are looking for a wallet to carry multiple IDS that you are constantly having to display and carry multiple currencies, this wallet is for you. Bifold wallets are a million times better than trifolds.
