Let me start off by saying I have skin allergy to common earring metals. These do not bother my skin.I ordered these to try b/c I have some big faux pearls I like and big precious stone studs I like to wear. Those earrings would make my ear lobes droop so the fronts of the earrings would be hanging down at 45 degree angle too. These backs fit my earring posts very well and keep my baubles safely in my ear. I like these so much I've been doing show & tell. It's important to take care of your ear lobe piercing. If those holes stretch out, there's no fixing them except with surgery. I'm not old but I still want to take care of my ears. Finally, I'm excited now b/c I wear those huge party size earrings!

My mom is 79 and often wears earrings that are too heavy to use with the little silly butterfly earring backs that come with these huge earrings. These new earring backs are a game changer!!!!!!!! I bought these specifically because I just bought a beautiful pair of very big orchid earrings and they were of course droopy. So I got these and just tested them out, and they worked! Just make sure the top part is facing up otherwise it won’t work, or at least it didn’t for me. It is tight but they advise that you can loosen it by sticking a card in between so I will be testing that out. My only minor negative comment is that one of the backings is the wrong color, as you can see in my picture I ordered 2 silver and 1 gold and the backings are 1 silver 1 gold and 1 rose gold. Which honestly doesn’t really bother me because no one is going to see the back of my ear! Even if the card loosing tactic doesn’t work I’m still going to wear these because it did hold my earrings up, I’ll have to test on the rest of my earrings as well but I have high hopes!!!

The holes in these earring backs is just too small, and none of my heavy earrings fit in them. I guess maybe I could have found a way to make the holes bigger, but I just got disgusted and threw them away. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

These hood up heavier post earrings - earrings don’t sag and are more secure and comfortable.Very affordable fix!

I like the little case the backs come in although it wouldn’t work for travel because it doesn’t stay closed but the case would keep the backs clean and organized on a counter or dresser. When I first tried on the earring backs the prongs were so close together that the post on the stud couldn’t go through and it even bent my earring. I read reviews and it suggested using pliers to loosen the prongs so I tried that and it did work! As you can see from the pictures the earring back did offer support and did hold up the earring but I didn’t like that you could see the back under my lobe so I decided to return and just stick to my usual big clear round backs.

No more droopy ears: My only complaint is that the hole is way to small .. has to widened it with another product so my earrings would fit! once they did it was just so much fun to see my earring in totally diferent ears.

Totally useless. The holes are way too small and none of the lifters fit the earring posts that I needed them for. Very disappointed.
