I wanted a pen that was easy to attach to a clipboard, universally writes well, and a great value. I know people like them because I keep having to replace them in my office. I like the gel because it makes it easy to read. I like the point (medium), because I still use carbon paper.

I got this for my daughter back to school and she is in love with it. She thinks it's the best pen set I’ve ever purchased. The pen glides effortlessly on paper, making them perfect for both writing and drawing and improving her penmanship. I’m also impressed with how long they last without fading or drying up. This is actually my third purcahse and i will continue to get her more.

I have only used the pens, and they are good. Haven’t put in a refill yet.

A couple issues with these pens.1) there is a red cap on the top of each pen (to prevent it from leaking I assume in transit). However these red caps are defective or so old that when you go to take them off they break in your hand and get red gunk everywhere. You have to take the cap off each pen. Not looking forward to doing that. You can see a picture I uploaded of this.2) super misleading marketing on these. On Amazon you select “quantity 48” and on the package it says 48 pack. However what you actually get are 20 pens with 28 refills cartridges. Which makes the cost per pen much more - almost 2.5x more. I certainly have no interest in refilling pens that barely last that long in my office anyway. Normally pens disappear long before they run out of ink. I’m sure if you look closer at the fine print you’d see that you only get 20 but just seemed like shady marketing especially since even Amazon labels it as a “48 pack” - I guess the marketing worked on me but I’ll never buy these cheap pens again3) Lastly the pens themselves are cheap and they don’t write very evenly. Definitely a bust and would not recommend.

Iv'e ordered about 4 pkg of these in the last year. It does seem like The ink does last longer than most gel pens. never dry. I've only come across one tat rolled, but not as smoothly as all the others. I've ordered other shuttle art colored pens and they wer great too. I know tese work and as they are decently priced, I wouldn't buy any thing else

I have been buying pens for a while, and they don't have much ink in them anymore! So I'm happy that someone is making great pens that have not only a lot of ink in them, but ink refills. Now I can write instead of running out with pens that should last!
