I hate leaving bad reviews but seeing as this is impacting my child, I felt the need to share. When I first received this product I loved it. The baby was able to eat and didn't throw the bowl to the ground. It was great to teach him to leave his bowls where they are. After about a month, there was a soapy smell and eventually a soapy taste. It seems the soap just STUCK to the bowl and plate no matter how long I washed the bowl and plate. I fed him a bowl of rice and chicken just last night and when I tasted it, I could only taste soap. I would not recommend at all!

I’ve been looking for a plate and or bowl for my 18 month old. He’s always tipping over his plates and it would’ve nice to serve him his meals without it spilling all over the table. I bought this set with hopes it would solve my problem. First the bowl, if you only try to lift only around the bowl, then yes it works. However, the second you try and lift it from anywhere around the edge it lifts right up. Of course my 18 month tried this the first time he used it and spilled his oatmeal all over. As for the plate, only if you try to lift it from the dead center will it stick, but once you pull it from any other area on the plate or the mat area it lifts right up. Basically this product did not help at all! I’m going to keep searching for plates or bowls that will actually suction to our table.

Love that these are the perfect size for my daughter's high chair (without the tray cover). The bowl works great, but the plate lip won't sit right and thus does not suction to the table consistently. Contacted the company, hope to get a replacement but didn't receive any sort of confirmation email so not entirely confident I'll receive a response. I'll update if I do!

What I love about this plate and bowl set is that it isn’t a suction cup that keeps it on the table. It’s just the thick, heavy weight of the bowl plus the wide edging. I’ve had plastic bowls with suction bottoms but they never stay on (even if it’s not on my wood table), which meant they were even more vulnerable to tipping over on the precarious suction bottom. This plate set is easy to clean and isn’t as tempting to turn over which makes it my favorite!

These are great! They fit easily on a high chair tray table and stay put! Which is great if you have a toddler that likes to fling plates! I'm not saying that any child couldn't figure out how to lift these plates, but my child seems less likely to or less interested in doing so since they stay put pretty good. They are not rigid and will bend when you move them, but they are still sturdy enough to move them with food without the food spilling. I had no problems moving the bowl with soup in it. The compartments on the plate are great and high enough to help my toddler learn to scoop the food onto his spoon. Cleanup is also super easy since they are made of silicone. Between these and the silicone bibs with the huge front pockets less food ends up on my floor! Oh and another bonus is these fit easily into a backpack for travel!

Easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Make sure you're sticking them to an even, clean surface, otherwise your kiddo might be able to pull it up. My 11 month old has tried her hardest to lift the plates! We have started taking these when going out to eat so that the baby has a clean, stationary place to eat from.

I love this set. One of my favorites. Mother of 6 children. My little one is 14 months and it is a great tool to help her learn how to feed herself without the constant mess of other products falling and everything hitting the floor. I would recommend this product to all parents of babies/toddlers.

We received the set yesterday and we are in love! Trying to keep plates, utensils, and food on the table with twin boys is a challenge! These placemats kept everything in place perfectly. My boys loved chewing on the silicone spoons, too! Cleanup was a breeze as these washed off with a quick rinse in the sink. Would recommend to everyone!
