This item was purchased in order to listen to my recordings of old crones gossiping in tea shops. For a relatively cheap micro system, the sound is both crisp and delightful. The atmospheric chinking of spoons in teacups and the revelation that Ethel's fancy man Harold blamed his untreatable scrotal fungus as a reason for his abject cowardice during the war was brought vividly to life with the superb acoustics afforded by this technically marvelous little hi-fi unit. I can't wait to listen to my CDs of communist Gibbon agitators.

This is a very good, versatile micro system. It is easy to set up and use with clear sound and surprisingly good volume. It’s ideal for our size of room and with the Bluetooth connectivity we can play our LG TV sound output through the speakers so no need for a sound bar.

Nice little stereo, overall was happy 😃 great detail on the top end, really impressed me for price 👍 when your listening to music with real deep guttural bass you do find some distortion, which I guess is to be suspected with small plastic speakers 🔊 also lack of manual and link which just lead to home page for LG sucked 😡 and was a bit frustrating, had to find it on other website but would say these where minor issues

After sending the first order back for the above problem, we reordered it again thinking we had just been unlucky, however the replacement one did exactly the same so that has been returned and we are getting our money back.

The media could not be loaded. Surprisingly with speakers not made of a real wood it sounds great! Everything works well. Radio both FM & DAB works awesome without even stretching the antenna wire. Cristal clear, the best sound I found with the bass sound effect, whether it’s my rock music or jazz. And it sounds great while I’m streaming music from my iPhone 12 ProMax iTunes. Deep soft natural sound Perfect for living room, however, I keep it in my bedroom. In my living room I have a Yamaha sound system with 3way floor speakers by Indiana Line. Anyway — I highly recommend this LG bookshelf stereo system! It’s great!

Easy to set up, great sound and lovely and compact. Only down side was that it was a Christmas gift and couldn't be used until the shops re opened due to it coming with an EU plug not a UK one. No mention of this on the description so unhappy daughter on Christmas Day. Amazon didn't want to know when questioned and just referred to lg who just said here buy an adapter.
