This will be my 4th time getting this and let me tell you give it a try at first I wasn’t sure because of the price but it works like a charm within 30m-1hr your already urinating and helps with bloated feeling.

If you're looking for a quick miracle when it comes to dropping some water weight, this isn't for you. If you use it consistently for about 2 weeks, you may notice a slight difference. In either case, the change isn't substantial.

I will buy it again
I purchased this product for water retention purposes. I drink around 90 oz of water each day, and was waking up with puffy fingers and face. I also experience water retention in my calves from sitting at a desk all day. This product has helped to alleviate these issues. Since taking 2 pills/day, continuing to drink plenty of water and moving around throughout the day, the water retention has lessened.

Literally no difference
These don’t really have a taste at all (but the smell isn’t exactly great). I noticed zero change though in terms of helping to rid extra water. I got some from my Dr and those work fine, so it definitely is just the product. Don’t waste your money
