Sports Research Sweet Sweat 'Workout Enhancer' Gel

This stuff will have your stomach dripping it works miracles

It does make you sweat a lot more at the gym which is where I normally used it for. I do not use it consistently enough to know that it helps you burn fat any quicker or easier. I sweat regardless when I am doing high intensity work outs. It is worth the try. You won’t know unless you try it for yourself.

Sweet sweat definitely made me sweat within the first 10 minutes of my workout. I was able to get rid a lot of water weight from this product!

I have had some stubborn fat on my flanks and lower belly that just takes a while to melt. This product along with the sweet sweat belt has really helped this area. It increases the blood flow and pulls the water out very well. Keep in mind I'm 16% BF and can see abs ..so this just helps get you over that hump. When I stop using it... I do not lose as fast. I use it daily and things move faster! (Fat melts) water comes out and helps definition too.

I received Sweet Sweat yesterday & just opened it to see that the stick is missing some of the product, 1/2" across and 1 1/2" down (where my thumb is). I'm not sure how many ounces that is but it's definitely not the full container that I've received from previous orders.I've used this product for quite a while and I like the roll up applicator so that I don't have to get my hands messy/greasy. It helpse produce lots of sweat during my workouts and my waist looks much better for it! I don't mind the scent and it doesn't irritate my skin. Overall great product. I just wish I received a full amount.

Love this product. I don't feel like I've worked out unless im disgustingly dripping sweat, and this absolutely does the job. Only con id say is the price going up a bit, but iNfLaTiOn and whatevaa. It's worth a try for sure. And Definitely do not leave in a warm area or it WILL melt.

I'm giving this 3 stars only because I was a slacker and didn't use it every day when I worked out; BUT when I did apply it, it made the area feel "warmer" and I started sweating! No joke, it was weird. It has a minimal scent, very easy to apply, but just don't use too much, A LITTLE goes a long way or it feels 'goopy' under your clothing. It didn't stain my clothing and seemed to absorb into my skin throughout the day(Yes, I didn't just apply before work outs - I figured if I walked during the day, why not burn extra fat with this stuff?). So much better than the jar, that was a very messy situation and a bother to use.I applied it across my lower belly, hips, inside of my thighs and under arms - I'll follow up on this review now that I'm back on track and applying it before workouts.
