Good and versatile product
This is a great quality product and very versatile. I bought this for a small trek last year and since then this has been my carry on bag in flights, weekend getaway bags for roadtrips, even gym bag during winters.On the negative side the usable size is on the smaller size as advertised. Also I would have expected some organized storage compartments as well for smaller knick snacks like wallet, keys, chargers, etc. also, if you use the shoe compartment then the usable space inside decreases very much which is an issue according to me.

Perfect gym bag
After a lot of research on amazon I finally decided to order this bag a d trust me this is just perfect for your gym needs.. simple and ergonomic design.. right amount if storage to incorporate all your workouts essential.. the quality is good.. also looks durable and stylish.. maybe they can add more spacious side pockets :)

Only one design flaw: there is no pouch for shaker during horizontal mode.
The quality of the backpack is great. The finishing is pretty good as well. However there was a very obvious design flaw. There is only one pouch for shaker/water bottle which is vertical. There is no alterate pouch given for a scenario where we'd use the bag horizontally in duffle mode. You pretty much have to hold the bottle in hand if you want to use it in duffle mode. Also the only way to access the shoe compartment is horizontally, so you have to remove your bottle while changing shoe every time. Also it would have been great to have a couple more small pockets, since there's plenty of space for them. Wouldn't have minded paying a couple extra hundred bucks if these flaws were addressed.
