Unexpected quality at a very reasonable price
It was a Birthday gift for a person with dementia in advanced stages and she enjoys playing it, and often she wins, as the play is simple but also it is complex enough to make you play it again and again. The quality of the wooden play is exceptional and also cames with a beautiful wraping that made unecesary any other wraping. I will order it again for my grandson. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!!
We could not be happier with this gorgeous wooden connect four game! Absolutely beautiful, tidy and sturdy quality. We have 3 kids ages 10, 7 and 4 and they all love this game. Saturday mornings they climb into our bed and play this! Or at the table after dinner; the winner doesn’t have to tidy :)Definitely a great family game to grow up with. Thanks so much to the makers X

A rest!
I have bought a few products from" Jaques of London", originally since was very pleased to note they are still in business. Products bought so far have been of suitable robust useable quality and in common sufficiently interesting to have a four year old join us and forsake for a brief period tablet/phone.I have not yet unpacked purchased "Connect 4 game", hence cannot award it 5 stars but assume of similar quality. However as implied would like a rest from the near bombardment of review requests, near immediately after purchase, as well as numerous other company surveys as to products and services - all getting much too tedious.

Quite nice but the vertical part was too tight a fit ...
Quite nice but the vertical part was too tight a fit in the slot and had to be forced, both in and out. This woulda have been tolerable but it is necessart to remove it each time to restart the game (unless you want every piece on the floor. I'm sure that eventually it will be fine, but it took some of the fun out of it on Christmas Day.
