Extremely good quality and even with recent storms and floods I haven’t experienced any issues and has been waterproof as far as I can tell. The quality is much higher than expected especially for the low price. Will be ordering another in future for the back door

It's now 12+ months since purchased and there is no longer any technical support/return window.Item is not suitable for outside use, it is not robust, it corrodes very easily as shown in the attached photos. I would not recommend to purchase.

purchased this product for the office where i work. it is a nice tall and slim frame and it is easy to mount on the wall. however, it did start to rust very quickly and the welding on the stub part did snap very quickly.

Does the job good value

Have now purchased 4 for my properties, there are easy to fit and slimline so don't catch yourself when walking by. after a winter of use the first one fitted has a couple of rust signs in the corners but lock is fine and no problems with the ashtray inside.

I bought it for my holiday home where guests leave cigarette stubbs all over the ground outside. In just a few weeks the problem has vanished. A very small price to pay.
