A colour that matches that shown on the box
I wanted a more natural looking light brown hair colour as that is what I am naturally but with increasing "baby blonde" hairs popping through ( in other words, the hairs of the wise lol) I need to colour my hair nowadays. I've been using level 6 colours for a while from the same brand and occasionally trying others but none gave me my desired result. I like my light brown to look natural with not too much warmth (I have some natural warmth so like to tone that down). I've tried other light browns/dark blondes with ashy undertones but none of them gave me a result like this colour. This colour is perfect in every way, it's given me a very natural light brown with no warm tones at all. It's cancelled out the warmth I had in my hair naturally which is exactly what I wanted. And it's covered those pesky unwanted, dare I say it, wise hairs. I can honestly say it matches the colour on the box perfectly. I found it easy to apply as its not as messy as most as the formula is thicker so doesn't drip everywhere. The smell is not overwhelming so more pleasant than most and doesn't linger after washing. The shampoo and conditioner that come with the hair dye are gorgeous and left my hair soft, shiney and feeling nourished. My natural wave pattern improved after using this product. I have long, fine hair but also quite a lot of it. You will definitely need 2 boxes if to have mid to long hair but you may find you only use part of the 2nd mix. I can't comment on how long the colour lasts because I only applied it 3 days ago. Most permanent hair dyes are fading from my hair by around week 3 after colouring and by week 4 I usually have noticeable regrowth so need to reapply. So we shall she how this one lasts but I will definitely be buying it again anyway as I just love the colour 👌

Excellent coverage
Perfect colour, looks great.Roots all gone and my hair is in lovely conditionProduct a bit hard to squeeze out of the bottle being quite thick when it’s mixed together. No drips and no strong smell either.

Perfect mid ash blonde dye
Used for the 1st time. Perfect ash blonde. The shampoo included was a big plus. (They should sell it separately. )End result soft shiny ash blonde hair.My natural hair is level 8/ sandy blonde. This is used to block out grey/white hair.

Silky hair without the straw-like texture
Facing lockdown hair challenges, I decided to try this hair dye to transition from a faded mahogany to a more natural brown. The colour application was straightforward, and I found the included purple shampoo quite useful, though the packaging could benefit from a screw-top for reuse. Post-dye, my hair felt silky rather than the usual straw-like texture I’ve experienced with other brands, which was positive. However, it didn’t match the colour shown on the box – it resulted in a darker brown rather than the expected ash blonde. My wife thought she could use it to fix a bleach issue but ended up with a not-so-chic greenish tint that only daylight revealed. Despite these quirks, the end results were still far better than the initial brassy mess. In conclusion, a decent dye but be aware of potential colour deviations!

So far so good. A lovely warm colour. 'Natural Frosted Beige Blonde 8.2'
Over the years I have tried many brands and shades of hair colour...especially since the cost of a hair colour at the hair dressers went ridiculously high and each time is different results.Since getting older and having more greys to cover, I find it much harder to find a blonde shade that will have good coverage...they all say 100% grey coverage but sadly that is not the case. With this Particular brand and colour I can honestly say that it was a good result! It is the first time I have seen a shampoo included in the pack...if this is different to any other shampoo I don't know but it smells so lovely...reminded me of apples. For a start, most hair colours don't say to wash the hair...just to rinse off colour and apply conditioner BUT I always feel the need to wash my hair so this if perfect. So easy to use and so glad that I am able to use my walk in shower to rinse and wash without the worry of the dye destroying the beautiful tiles etc....hair colours in the past have been really messy and dark and I dared not use my shower so had to do my hair over the kitchen sink with the tap shower hose! No longer the case from now on as this is really clean to use and no residue left in the shower (obviously I run the shower head around the shower once I have done the final hair rinse! The real telling for me is the first wash after colouring...so often the so called 'permanent' colour seems to wash away leaving my hair looking like it hadn't been coloured for weeks....so far I have washed my hair once and glad to say that the colour is still there and really good. I dare say the next wash will be different but I will certainly be buying this again. Like most things, the price of hair colour has shot up but far cheaper than getting it done.So far I am very happy with this shade too...Natural frosted beige blonde...the 'beige' description has always put me off as from experience some beige blonds have been awful but this one has turned out a nice 'warm' looking blonde and that is just want I want'Obviously everyone's hair is different but I can certainly recommend this from my experience with it.

Good colour a little dark initially
Had it on my hair a little long so it initially turned out darker but over two weeks or so moved to decent colour without brassy look.

After two attempts - my hair colour has hardly changed
Worst boxed hair dye I’ve ever used.First time using this as was disappointed.First attempt - no colour change!Second attempt - slight colour change. This was an attempt to make my hair a darker colour and it just didn’t work. I should have used Nutrisse which has always given brilliant results.
