This product is fantastic, I use it because I have Lyme disease. One Key thing is that you really need to shake it well before using it.

Ease to use: I do keep it in the frig, & squeeze out the alloted amount on a spoon every morning. Hopefully its working! I do feel like I have more energy.

I started taking this a few years ago because my functional dr recommended it to help me detox. I do not drink, smoke or take any drugs. I live a very health lifestyle, however, due to my genetics I have some issues. I instantly can feel a difference when I take this in my energy and overall well-being. I have since discovered I have compound heterozygous MTHFR and slow COMT gene. As I am getting older, now in my mid 40s, and going through a lot of stress, I notice I get flooded with anxiety and it takes over my whole body and mind, I believe this is a flooding of all the stress hormones and my body can not detox. I just went through immense stress this week and realized I had not taken my glutathione. After 2 doses, I was totally calm and back to my normal self. I could sleep again, my looping thoughts stopped and the prickly sensation all over my body ceased. Its truly a Miracle for me. I purchased this glutathione brand when a friend had good response to it. I gave it a try and didn’t notice a difference between it and the VARS glutathione I’d been taking, whereas other lesser brands didn’t make a difference at all.For me, VARS glutathione is the winner, mostly because it’s in a capsule, which I can keep in my nightstand to consume during the early morning when I wake, without needing to be in the kitchen dealing with a messy tube.If this were my only choice, I’d stick with it. The product itself works very well.

If you know that you body isn't synthesizing enough glutathione (methylation issues), then this should help. I started slow (and also added 500 mcg of molybdenum twice daily due to sulfur intolerance issues), but noticed that within 24 hours I had significantly more energy. I can't say that I love the taste, but it is worth it given what it does for me. I tried the Xymogen s-acetyl glutathione, but it did nothing for me - and I even purchased it through Fullscript. I have worked up to one teaspoon twice daily, but would like to increase to 2 tsp twice daily. It is insanely expensive, but given nothing else has improved my chronic fatigue, I will continue to pay for it.
