Great product works well for me

I never saw electrolytes marketed in capsules before so was intrigued. Looking at the ingredients it has a boatload of minerals and vitamins, including the ones that you’d find in sports drinks or other rehydration remedies.However note that the serving size is 3 capsules, and you get 90 capsules - so really only 30 doses if taken as recommended.Where I see the value in these is packing a couple in my hiking gear - as losing electrolytes over a 10 - 20 mile hike in warm weather is a real concern and probability. Whilst I usually take food items along with me, not every snack can cover all of the bases. So I’ll be taking these along and have a couple capsules mid hike - I’m confident they will replenish what my body sweats out during ultra long hikes. I also do not like any energy drink on the market as they tend to be loaded with caffeine and sugar - so I appreciate this alternative as I only carry water during hiking.I think the myriad health claims in the marketing photo on the product listing are overblown - especially how they can help you with immunity and sleep, but hey I’m not a medical professional.So they are pricy - but the fact they are in capsules and easy to take along with me, I think that trade off is worth it. I see no reason to take these every single day, but the bottle should last over the next warm season I’m hiking. I see greater potential in packing these capsules for ultra-long distance hiking and camping, when I may be on the trail for up to a week or more straight.

These would be useful to ensure a correct balance of electrolytes during times of extra exertion, such as after exercise; for times of illness, especially when a fever is causing sweats; and for really hot days; and, dare I say it, the days after the night before.I personally wouldn't take these all the time as I take a multi vitamin and mineral complex, but if I needed an extra boost due to dehydration, I'd skip the vitamin and take some of these.

I've been taking this on and off most days for a month as I get leg cramps at night and couldn't figure out where this metalic taste in my mouth was coming from. However, I have since noted that on the days I take this, the taste it worse. I think the metals are too high for me. (Zinc, iron, magnesium) I have stopped taking and hope that the taste dissipates.

How is it possible for the seal to be opened and one of the pills powder everywhere...Appalling

These were quite handy to On The Go to replenish your electrolyte levels after exercise.Not bad reasonably tasty works well all in all I was happy with this product.

I just find it really difficult to review products like this, because in some respects, it’s personal experience when it comes to this kind of thing - however I’ve been taking these now for three or four days and I have noticed a difference, so based on that I’m more than happy to say that my experience with this has been very positive so far!So let’s jump in as to why that is..First of all, I bought these for whole myriad of reasons, those being that I wanted to increase my immunity, my overall energy levels, get better sleep and in general, just feel a bit more healthier - these caught my eye because of the huge list of ingredients that these contain… felt like the perfect supplement to add to my daily intake.The tablets themselves (apologies if I refer to them as supplements and tablets, I’m never sure which word to use) very easy to swallow (I tend to just use water when I take them), they don’t have a distinctive taste at all to be honest, and also don’t leave any kind of lingering aftertaste after digesting them - Also, I appreciate the fact that these are suitable for vegans, I’m not a vegan myself, however, I am very much aware of the quality of product which I eat so the fact that these are suitable for vegans is a huge bonus.In total you’re getting 90 tablets, and with a recommended dosage of three per day that is approximately one months worth supplied to you - but enough about the product what benefits have I felt? Well quality of sleep is definitely a big one, I’ve noticed that I’m sleeping so much better since adding these to my daily intake, and my concentration and energy levels have definitely peaked, along with my stamina and overall activity levels when going to the gym - and that’s all I can really ask for when it comes to this, so based on my experience, I would thoroughly recommend these to anyone who is simply looking for a very healthy ingredient, heavy supplement to take on a daily basis - very happy with these!
