Pretty good for an inexpensive mat. It does take a bit for the folds in the mat from shipping to work themselves out but it’s been doing a good job for several months now at keeping my chair from marking up my soft doug fir floors

I was hoping for a stylish chair mat which would accent my home office. This mat does that, however, it is too flimsy to withstand the chair's wheel rolling on and off its edge..at which time it curls under the wheel, forcing me to lift the chair to release it from the mat curled beneath. It also shifts on the carpeted floor constantly.I was going to return it, but the process is not the smooth, no charge option of simply dropping it off at Whole Foods, or a UPS store. I'm going to eat the cost and find a better mat

It’s very easy to ruin. Like if your feet are rubbing up on the edge a lot, it’s toast.The stickiness, chair roll, and look are all solid. You just have to put it in the right spot and have the right size. My chair wheels don’t mess it up and glide easily over the edges. My feet destroyed it under the desk.
