I buy this regularly. Very satisfied with the amount of beneficial things in it: hydrolyzed collagen, glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin, and a probiotic (bacillus coagulans). I would supplement a little extra glucosamine and chondroitin if you have joint issues, because the doses are a little low. Add 500-1000mg of vitamin C for maximum absorption ;)It’s a little hard to measure how well it works because I do other things to help my joints, mostly my lower back has some problems, but I have noticed less pain when I take this.Overall it mixes well, and I don’t mind the taste.

Definitely saw a big difference on my nail growth and skin! My skin was glowing and my nails definitely grew stronger! Also from many other collagen products I have tried that are “unflavored” this is the only one I feel like doesn’t really taste like anything and dissolves easily even in cold drinks! Good price too! I purchased this more than once already!

I am not sure how to measure the results of taking this product. It doesn't have an after taste, it is easy to dissolve and doesn't cause me any GI issues.

I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of taste since I'm used to using only bovine products that have a shoe leather flavor to them, but this really doesn't have any flavor at all, which makes it extremely easy to work into absolutely anything. It's great to get real bone and joint support after settling for hair and skin formulas for so long.

I've tried many products claiming to be unflavored, only to be disappointed with a pretty awful taste. This product actually has zero taste! I add a scoop to my coffee in the morning, it dissolves completely, and leaves my coffee tasting like coffee. It's only been a few weeks, but I can already see and feel a difference. My nails are growing like crazy, my skin is clear, my hair is shiny. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to add this supplement to their daily life.

The only and I repeat only reason for the three stars as I deducted two stars for the terrible ass taste!!! The product is absolutely outstanding, and I would recommend this to anyone who could handle the taste!!! I loved what all benefits that this collagen product offered especially seeing as I have some years to me and my bones are not quite what they used to be.. So I began looking for a collagen that would assist with bone health when I found this product that offered numerous of benefits!! I Should have read the ingredients a little better before purchasing as I am allergic to fish!! Show the two times I attempted to take this product. I took it with Benadryl to make sure I had no adverse reaction. I started to feel like my bones felt better in my workout after my second day of taking this product!! Which was incredible to me because my bones had been hurting, extremely bad as I had started a new workout routine two months prior and was going ham!!! I loved everything about this product with the exception of the very VERY FOUL FISHY taste!! It was so terrible that I have not used it past the second day use!! It was just the most unpleasant thing I have ever tasted! But I will fully say that if you can manage taking it and the taste is doable for you you will definitely see the benefits of this collagen. It was incredible if they could only remove the fish ingredients. Everything else would would be fantastic with me.!!! Enjoy it is definitely worth it if you can take the taste!!

I have been taking collagen on and off for a few years. I have never been able to tell whether it helped my joints, or not.This collagen does help and noticeably so. I have been using this product for a few months. I was thinking that my joints actually seemed less painful. I was out of the country for a couple of months. While I was away, I used a different collagen product. Over the weeks my joints became more painful. Once I returned to US I started using this product again. Within a month my joints were less painful. That convinced me.This product is excellent value for money. It mixes very easily with any liquid other than iced liquids, that takes a bit more work. The size is great and easy to store.
