Well worth it!
I waited to write this to see - Had this for about a month now with very little issues. Picture is amazing, choice of channels is great, well worth it.

Incredible value and the last streaming box you'll ever need.
I've purchased 3 of these. One for each of my homes and one as a gift. Through apps that you load after the box is set up and connected to WiFi, this effectively replaces all TV and movie streaming subscription apps. At least all that I need. Sports coverage is incredible. Instructions to load the apps are included. The instructions are not the best but you should be able to figure it out without too much difficulty. Picture quality is 4K, which is the difference between the blue vs. black box. There are a few cons but none that would stop me from purchasing. The user interface could be better. It's similar to a cable box. Adequate but a little clunky compared to Hulu, YouTube TV, Apple TV, Roku, etc. The remote has to be pointed directly at the box and requires long, intentional, pressing to register. I'm not sure if this is something that a universal remote would correct. Sometimes you will get booted out to the main menu. My guess is this happens when a lot of people are watching the same program, although I'm not sure. Sometimes, the video on demand takes a long time to load, and you may need to try a couple of times before getting access to the video you want to watch. These quirks are a little annoying but not terrible. I definitely recommend this product.

Great Idea, but buffers and freezes often!
I bought 2 of these in December 2024 and at the time I thought that it was great! I canceled my paid streaming subscriptions and I was happy to be saving the money. It would always freeze periodically but I figured could live with it. Skip to March 2025. Now it rarely goes 10-15 minutes without buffering or freezing...depending on the channel that you're watching. I'm a sports fanatic (ESPN, Outdoor network, etc...), and it's become unusable. And for my local channels, there's times in which they're not even available. You'll just see (connecting on the screen). I'm an Engineer so I'm very familiar with internet speed, and that isn't the problem here as my internet speed is exceptional! My guess is that these boxes have become increasingly popular, and their (Super box) servers can't keep up. This is the first time that I've ever left a product review, but I thought that I should share my experience. I give it 3 stars because the Video On Demand (VOD) generally works ok, and there's a wide variety of content.

Worked great at first, but it was temporary
Update 3/27: most of the issues seems to have been resolved and I’m back to being happy with the Superbox, it does still periodically freeze. It’s bummer when it happens during a live sporting event but it has been working for us.When it works, I love it. I was beyond happy with the box for the first 3 weeks I used it, but all the sudden it continually freezes when watching anything on Live TV. I have to continually have to restart the channel for the streaming to resume. Hoping it’s temporary. I will update the review if it changes for the better (or worse!).Update 3/16/2025 - lowered to one star. problems continue and cannot reach anyone on customer support. Thought this was great at first, but decided to send back and try something else

Great streaming box at a great price!
We finally made the decision to get rid of our Xfinity cable service…after thinking about doing it for several years. A couple good friends of mine bought this streaming box and they both absolutely love them. They both said the Superbox is the best box for the price, so we thought we’d give it a try. It has over 2,000 channels and you can get pay per-view-channels as well as access to some subscription based channels (Disney, Peacock, and others). Netflix, unfortunately, is not one of the free ones. Hooking up the box is super easy. However, getting the box dialed in is a bit time consuming, but not difficult. Both of my friends forewarned me that the setup instructions were very poor, but I did get a more detailed set of instructions that my friends apparently didn’t get, which made the setup process much easier. Overall, we like the box, but getting into Netflix is a bit clunky. You also don’t get a menu that lists what is on each channel and when the shows start like you get on cable. Not sure we like that. We do like the amount of channels that you get…and the movie selection blows away Xfinity on-demand. You can get movies that are still in the theater for FREE! Love that! You also get access to several 24/7 channels…like Seinfeld or Gilligan’s Island…or Friends. We’re going to use it for a few weeks and see if we get used to not having a channel menu. The price for the box is excellent and picture quality is also excellent. We do have some streaming issues from time to time, but I think that has to do with our WiFi connectivity. We’ve got so many things attached to our WiFi…3 cell phones, 8 Blink cameras, two laptops, and several other do-dads…and now the Superbox. We’re contemplating getting broadband since it was just installed in our neighborhood. If we got that, we’d probably have much better streaming speed. Also…we ordered the Superbox 5S Max and we got the upgraded 6s Max! YES!! If you’re thinking about making the jump to a steaming box, I’d recommend this one. If you don’t like it, you can always return it or sell it to a friend.
