I used this edge control on my 9-year-old daughter’s 4C hair, and it worked great! It smells really nice, had minimal flaking, and held her edges down all day — well, at least until recess, which is a win in my book.We also use it to tame flyaways when her hair is in a ponytail, and it gives a sleek, polished look. One thing to note: it sets pretty quickly, so don’t waste time. Lay, slay, and go! Would definitely recommend for a strong hold with a clean finish.

Keeps your hair layed down and in place love the smell

I ordered the KISS COLORS & CARE Extreme Hold Edge Fixer Hair Gel- Fragrance Free. This is a clear edge- control gel. Shortly after applying this, I noticed a white cast in the areas it was placed. While this does a magnificent job holding the hair/edges in place, I cannot overlook the residue that it leaves behind. It’s also worth noting that, this was used in freshly washed hair.

This hair gel is great for styling unruly hair that doesn't work well with other products. It has a very strong hold to it, and if you use too much gel it may even hald your hair too much. I needed to experiment with the amount of gel I applied to my hair to find what worked best for me. I only needed a small amount after trying it out. It doesn't have any odor and if you use the proper amount it looks totally natural. I love that it does not dry my hair out either, in fact it seems to lock in moisture and make my hair look even better!

TLDR: Smells amazing, nice packaging. So far I like this fixer hair gel as it does have a great mango smell, and the container it comes in has a nice design. We bought this for our niece to help hold her edges for cute hairstyles, and haven’t been able to visit yet to do so. The texture feels nice too, and I feel it will work nicely in her hair. I will try to update this review if we have any negative experience but for now based on smell and texture it seems nice.

This gel is amazing! I've been using it on my girls' hair for the past few weeks before school, and it really keeps their hair in place all day. Even after a long day, their hair still looks great—smooth, shiny, and not stiff at all. The gel itself is small but lasts a long time since you only need a little bit. Definitely worth it!"

This is marketed as fragrance-free, but it does have a faint fruity sort of smell—not offensive in any way, but worth noting. Product arrived without any issues, there is a second seal underneath the cap to ensure you don’t have any spillage during delivery.Useful for controlling the delicate (baby) hairs at the hairline, to keep the hair smooth and laid down.
