What I like is they these didn't seem to upset my stomach like regular iron pills do. They were worth the price for the monthly supply. I will be purchasing again.

A great mix of vitamins and minerals to take with iron, that will help digestion of iron in your stomach. Added extra is C and folic acid to keep your immunity and energy up. It’s a pretty good deal for 2 month’s worth. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste.

I found these iron pills to be very beneficial. It had a nice ingredient list. I like that it included vitamin c to aid my body in absorbing the iron. I also appreciate that the capsules are vegan. I already used up the bottle, and I can say it did help raise my energy levels substantially.

These have kept my iron level where it needs to be (it is checked weekly when I donate plasma) and I like that they also contain Vitamin C, as my doctor told me that iron absorbs better when taken with Vitamin C.

I like this Iron combo supplement. It contains other key vitamins that I take regularly. My energy is low, and I know I have a certain type of anemia, but it isn't iron related. Or so I thought. I was given a prescription for an iron supplement that was single ingredient and expensive. I waited and found this, figuring I'd give it a try. I'm happy with what I feel are some obvious results, but it isn't a complete fix. I still feel too tired, but not as tired. It is a good quality supplement and I have no complaints about my experience trying these supplement.I like it because I can remember to take 4 things in one, rather than missing folate or B 12.5 stars
