Dreadful
The media could not be loaded. Wow. I ordered this off Vine, thinking it'd be a handy shaver to carry in my work bag. Well, in truth I could carry it in my work bag, quite easily; it's small and light enough not to be a problem. But, after trying it, I can think of no reason why I'd want to carry it anywhere; it's dreadful. The gold plastic just looks tacky and nasty...not, as I imagine the manufacturer imagines, classy/expensive/desirable. It looks like a kid's toy you'd buy on a market. But what about its functionality? Maybe it can redeem itself by leaving smooth, cleanly shaved skin? So I tried. It does cut the beard. Sort of. Certainly not consistently, and definitely not cleanly. On two-day growth it left patches and stray hairs. Trying to remove them left my skin red, and very slightly sore from shaver burn. This shaver is called the "PRO Professional"...I'd really hate to try the amateur version. I can't imagine a professional barber using this for more than 30 seconds, before tossing it into the bin.Lovely packaging, though. The thick, black, cardboard box will be more useful than the shaver. So glad I didn't pay for it, but then, sending it back for a full refund would at least have given me some pleasure. Truly awful shaver. Awful. And now, because I get things delivered to my workshop, and I go food shopping every day, on the way home, I have to go looking like I shaved with a butter knife that I'd sharpened on a kerb stone. I genuinely could have got a better shave with a dry shave using a razor from a 99p packet of disposables.

Poor cutting abilities
Packaged well.Looks a bit like a fake gold ingot. Type c charge.Works ok to trim but took me 45 minutes to shave my beard, which i consider quite an excessive amount of time for shaving. It grabs and pulls the hair often too which is a pain i can live without.

Good quality foil shaver
This shaver comes well presented. It's a good weight with an attractive gold coloured finish. The lid clips on and off easily enough and there's a clear digital display on the front at the bottom. The shaver charges via USB-C so you can use a cable of your own if the one provided is too short, you just need a power supply, I used a USB hub.I go back and forth between letting my beard grow and keeping clean shaven, the shaver doesn't do too well once my beard gets long but it does better than most. I like that it has three speeds to select between, I don't always need the strongest one.Unlike my clippers, there's no mess with this shaver. It's easy to clean - all the hair goes inside and can be emptied out afterwards. It charges up fairly quickly and holds enough charge for quite a few long shaves, so no complaints there either. I'm very happy with this foil shaver.

Brilliant value and performance
This little electric shaver works really well, it has quite a striking appearance but once you're past that it performs very well.I have quite thick stubble and this thing made light work of it, giving me a surprisingly close and even shave. It isn't amazing around the neck if hairs are too long (5/6 days) but pretty good on 3-4 days or less.Very easy to use, one button for on and off and then a speed up and down button. 3 speeds in total, all do a similar job to be honest. The best part is that it makes very little mess, capturing almost all of my hair, I cannot express how happy I am about that as it saves me so much time cleaning up tiny bits of shaved hair. Press the button on the side of head and you can remove the head/foil for cleaning and disposal of hair.Charges by USB C, another very welcome feature.Battery life is good, I used 20% for a full shave on 6 day stubble... a bit less, around 15% on shorter stubble. Charges quickly, about 90 minutes from empty to full connected to my laptop... may charge quicker/slower from other chargers.I'm very happy with it and for £19.99 you cannot go wrong. I almost went out and spent £100 plus on a known brand but this thing honestly does a good job.100% recommended.

Can't cut close enough
The build quality is disappointing and the casing feels and looks cheap. For the price, you can forgive that. I can't imagine it would survive more than a couple of accidental tumbles into the sink, however. But the foil doesn't really cut fine enough, it's little more than a beard trimmer in usage as far as I can tell and if you needed to be "clean-shaven" this wouldn't present that image. I tried to adjust what I could, but the results were always the same. The battery life is good and the blades do cut even long hair well without pulling, but nowhere near close enough.Disappointing as even just a slight adjustment would seemingly solve that problem.
