Don't bother buying the hat that comes with it. Just get yourself two beanies and slide these in between. The little ones last about 2 hours and the big ones last about 4.

I have the ice-Kap already but love that I can order more ice packs for it. They are medical grade and last a long time as I need them for my migraines.
