Works very well and it's a sturdy build. I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked on grinding meat for my ragu. The grind quality is very good. Quality food grinder.
Not as powerful as a standalone grinder but works well for the home where a lot of tough meats aren't ground up often. I use it to turn trimmings from brisket and other meats into hamburger meat. It works real good for that and meets my needs. I would recommend this for the home cooker. It is sturdy and fits on the KitchenAid stand mixer easily. For the money, this is an excellent buy. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a good home grinder.
